Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Home Improvement Advisor to join our team. This role is crucial in guiding clients through the product selection process, ensuring precise measurements, and confirming order details for a perfect installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion
Identify and engage with potential clients interested in home improvement to introduce our range of customized products. Provide comprehensive information on product features, benefits, and customization options.
On-Site Measurements
Visit clients' locations to take accurate measurements for product installations, ensuring that dimensions align with the product requirements.
Order Detail Confirmation
After clients place their orders, coordinate with both clients and their installers to confirm all product design details and specifications. Maintain meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and verifying drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with clients’ expectations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and customer service experience
Basic knowledge of measurement techniques
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and confirming product drawings
Qualifications:
College degree required
Valid driver’s license required
New graduates welcome
Background in architecture or interior design preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$40,000 base pay
$10,000 company commissions
4% sales commission
401(k) match after 1 year: 3%
