Position Overview:
We are looking for a versatile professional to manage both our office operations and sales activities. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating client interactions, and driving sales initiatives to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Prepare and present project proposals, estimates, and contracts.
Coordinate with the construction team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration and sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience.
