Foundation Systems Hawaii is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Residential Construction Sales Associate to drive sales and manage projects from start to finish. We are a specialty geo-structural company providing services such as drilled micropiles, foundation repair, retaining wall repair, concrete repair, and other specialized solutions.
This role requires a proven high-performing salesperson who can immediately start selling with minimal training. The ideal candidate has a track record of closing construction sales and the ability to manage projects through completion while ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Schedule and conduct on-site foundation evaluations, gathering necessary photos, elevations, and data.
Prepare and present detailed proposals that accurately reflect the scope of work.
Sell jobs effectively and build strong client relationships.
Oversee projects from contract signing through completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and job performance.
Coordinate engineering, permitting, and project closeouts as required.
Address customer concerns proactively before, during, and after project completion.
Maintain organized records and documentation for all projects.
Collaborate with team members in meetings and strategy sessions.
Actively promote company services and build relationships with engineers and contractors.
Supervise crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
Help develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in construction sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
Deep understanding of foundation construction and engineering.
Self-motivated, highly driven, and results-oriented.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with foundation repair, micropiles, push piers, helical piers, drilled piles, structural framing, concrete spall repair, and retaining wall repair.
Degree in business, construction management, or a related field.
Established relationships within the construction industry.

Competitive base salary plus commission (Typical earnings: $175,000-250,000 per year).
