We are now hiring Concierge Sales Agents who will serve as Ambassadors of Aloha to help others experience our beautiful Island in ways they will never forget. As a Concierge Sales Agent you will be working with our guest to book their activities and tours while they are here on the Big Island of Hawai'i. You may also be booking tours and activities on the neighbor islands for our guests depending on their traveling needs.
Location: This position is going to be scheduled at the Disney Aulani Concierge desk on the west side of the island. Management to determine schedule.
Please note: Your New Hire Onboarding and Al Desk training for this position will be done remotely, additional training will be completed at a hotel concierge desk. Therefore, access to a computer or laptop plus internet is preferred, but not required.
Salary: $21/hr + uncapped earning potential on commission
Status: Full Time
Qualifications:
Japanese Bilingual (REQUIRED)
Prior experience in sales and/or customer service (1-3 years, preferred)
Experience working within the tourism/hospitality/travel field (highly preferred)
Exceptional sales and customer service skills (preferred)
Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands
Knowledge of the Tours and Activities we have to offer (training provided)
Ability to grasp customer requirements and cater to individual needs
Love for interacting with people from different cultures
Ability to take initiative, work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
Basic computer literacy (required)
Experience using a POS system (highly preferred)
Able to speak, read and write in English (REQUIRED)
Able to speak, read and write in Japanese (REQUIRED)
MUST COMPLETE DISNEY TRAINING UPON HIRE (REQUIRED)
