We are looking for someone to lead our maintenance team and keep the physical structure of our shopping center (buildings, rental spaces, common & garden areas) in good condition, as well as to assist the Management with daily overall operation.
Candidates must have at least three years' experience in commercial property maintenance. Must also have good knowledge of carpentry, masonry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, landscaping, HVAC and safety requirements set by OSHA.
This is a 24/7 on call full time position. Candidates should possess a valid driver license and a reliable automobile.
