We’re looking for a highly skilled Finish Woodworker or Finish Carpenter to join our Maui-based team. Your job will be to take custom wood doors from raw material to beautifully finished pieces, using top-of-the-line tools and techniques. This is a hands-on role where your precision, craftsmanship, and eye for detail will make all the difference.

What You’ll Do:
Precision finishing of custom wood doors, including sanding, shaping, assembly and hanging
Work from detailed work orders and specs to execute complex designs with accuracy.
Collaborate with a skilled team to maintain high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure every piece meets client expectations.
Keep your workspace safe, efficient, and organized.
