General Contracting / Skilled Labor – Full-Time (HPP / Keaau)
$20–$35/hr depending on skill, experience, and references
Looking for a reliable, multiskilled builder/laborer for 20 hours per week (M-F 4 hour days) helping complete multiple projects on a residential property. Depending on the project you’ll be working with an experience crew or working projects solo.
Depending on seniority you will either take direction from or work in partnership with our property GC/GM.
Work includes:
Carports
Solar install assistance
Fencing
Electrical support
Flooring
Drywall
Carpentry
Steel building assembly
Requirements:
Able to work independently and with a small crew
Strong general construction background (jack-of-all-trades preferred)
Must have your own transportation
Must have a phone and communicate clearly
No smoking/drinking on the job
Must have references in construction
Basic tools preferred
Must be dependable and show up on schedule
Pay:
$20–$35/hr based on experience, licenses, and references.
Work available starting November 2025 with steady hours through 2026.
