Pono Hana Builders is looking for some motivated guys needing full time work. We are a rapidly growing company and looking for guys that want to grow with us! We are a Kona based company.
Looking for high end finish carpenters with 5+yrs experience in resort quality work and laborers, no experience needed.
For laborers, we do all aspects of building from site work with machinery, demolition, concrete work, framing, and finish carpentry. We are willing to train and get you to the next level of your trade/s. We are looking for guys that are or can be well rounded in all trades. Majority of our work is in the resorts on very high end residential homes.
Must have or be able to do the following-
Reliable transportation
Valid Drivers License
Smart phone for clock in app
Professional manner
Able to lift 100lbs
Work in the heat all day
Able to learn
Carpenter starts at $40-$60/hr depending on experience
Laborers/Apprentices start at $27-$35/hr depending on experience
We strive to malama our team with bonus’s, lunches, fuel cards, building materials, and tool & equipment access.
