Position: Terminal Operator Trainee

We are currently seeking Terminal Operator Trainees to join our team! Under the supervision of the Head Operator, this role plays a crucial part in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our bulk terminal operations.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily terminal operations, including product transfers, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
Monitor and troubleshoot terminal equipment and processes.
Maintain environmental and safety compliance, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Support workforce safety and product quality assurance.
Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and safety protocols.
Work rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night), including weekends and holidays.

What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 years of experience in a related field (preferred)
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, P&ID drawing programs)
Willingness to undergo training, including HAZWOPER certification, respirator fit testing, and emergency response team participation
Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) within 60 days of hire
Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle history check
