Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Safety First: Always prioritize safety in every task.
Follow Production Processes: Adhere to established PacMill production workflows.
Interpret Shop Drawings: Understand and execute based on shop drawings.
Plan and Execute: Assist in planning projects and following through to completion.
Woodworking Machinery: Operate both basic and advanced woodworking machines.
High-Quality Production: Produce flawless parts or lead a team depending on experience.
Assembly: Assemble cabinets and millwork with precision.
Continuous Improvement: Expand your knowledge and skill set in millwork fabrication.
Pack-Out and Quality Control: Take ownership of each production step—ensure flawless quality control.
Measurements and Math: Perform precise measurements and apply shop math to create accurate cut lists.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Real-world experience in carpentry, cabinetmaking, joinery, or millwork.
Alternatively, education in fabrication/shop work with a strong desire to learn and apprentice in the trade.
Helpful Skills: Experience working from shop drawings or verbal instructions is a plus.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
