Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting printed goods to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all driving and delivery tasks.
Responsibilities
Safely operate cargo van or similar vehicle for deliveries.
Load and unload products at various locations, ensuring proper handling of items.
Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and recipients.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any issues encountered.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient loading and unloading of goods.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and Real ID.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods.
Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills using GPS systems or maps.
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, including knowledge of loading/unloading procedures.
Experience operating cargo vans is highly desirable.
