We are seeking a motivated team player to coordinate activities related to the dock/distribution area. This position ensures that the workflow to commute to the West Hawaii Today warehouse to pick up publications, distribute all publications, supplies, delivery reports/information, and other circulation-related items is done in an accurate, timely manner and compliant with safe operating standards. This person will also assist with the distribution of products as needed and other duties as required or assigned by the Circulation Manager. The ideal candidate will have a high school degree and a clean driver’s abstract. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop and twist with flexibility and be able to lift up to 40lbs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel preferred. Forklift certification is a plus. Availability to work is required Sunday – Saturday working varied hours and night shifts; approximately 20 hours per week. Attendance and punctuality are a must.
