What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Develop trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, process sales transactions accurately, and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Handle product-related tasks including tinting, mixing, stocking shelves, and setting up displays.
- Ensure store equipment cleanliness and assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries when necessary.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both languages.
