Freedom Title Loans is a consumer finance lender offering small loans to consumers secured by car titles. We are looking for Customer Service Reps. We are seeking individuals with a solid work ethic, integrity, high business intelligence and a dynamic personality.
Responsibilities
Lending
Interact with customers who come into the store by helping them understand the loan process, verify information on application and issuing them a check for the loan when approved.
Collections
Contacting debtors via phone, letter and in person to determine their willingness and ability to pay. Reviewing debtor files on a daily basis to ensure proper contact has been made with debtor on multiple occasions. Interacting with debtors to review charges posted to ledgers and communicate balances owed to debtors in a clear, courteous and effective manner. Reviewing debtor files to determine if they should be turned over to a repossession agency if in-house efforts have been unsuccessful.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills with clear, concise and professional communication skills.
Ability to review ledgers and determine accuracy of charges.
Ability to work in a team environment and adjust responsibilities to achieve company goals.
