Line Cook Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and baking
Ensure food is cooked and plated correctly each time
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Work fast and efficiently during busy service hours
Dishwasher Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked
Take out trash and maintain cleanliness in kitchen support areas
Assist with basic food prep and kitchen tasks when needed
Follow all sanitation and safety standards
