208 Home Care is looking for an in-home caregiver to assist a female client in Star. The client lives on a big property in rural Star off of Blessinger Rd. She does have a large dog, but it is very friendly and is being trained to become a service animal. The shift would ideally be about 7 hours from 10am-5pm Wednesday-Friday but the client is flexible about the start and end time for the right caregiver. She needs some stand-by assistance, shopping, meal preparation and light housekeeping to get her through the weekend. She does not need any other days at this time, but we do have other clients available if more hours are desired.
Requirements
Must be able to pass a background check through the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare
Must be able to pass a urine drug test (Prescribed medication is acceptable)
Must complete the Direct Care Professional (DCP) Training prior to hire date (exempt with active CNA/LPN/RN License)
Must have a valid form of government-issued Identification and proof of Employment Authorization to work in the United States.
Must be able to follow HIPAA guidelines, document accurately, and communicate effectively with your clients and with the office
