We are a residential construction services company looking for laborers to join our excavation team. As a company, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and appreciate attention to detail. We generally deal with custom home building and are constantly taking on unique projects. Working closely with our five divisions presents unique opportunities from excavating home foundations to handling steel fabrications that are designed and fabricated in house. We want someone with a strong work ethic, who is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and works well with others to join our tight knit team. No experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Working with teams to complete excavation and grading tasks to schedule
- Communicating with team members and supervisors
- Maintaining machinery and a safe work environment
- Operating equipment
- Reporting mechanical failures
Physical Requirements
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to handle a consistent physical load
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Hours will vary depending on season
(8am-4:30pm Winter)
(7am-3:30pm Spring/Fall)
(6am-2:30pm Summer)
Pay: $15-20 depending on experience
