Key Responsibilities:
Personal assistant to the CEO
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Provide comprehensive administrative support
Handle correspondence, help prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
Manage calendars, organize events, and coordinate internal and external communications.
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment.
Must be proficient in excel, word and power points.
