Looking for a Personal Assistant (Eagle)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a large variety of tasks and must be a task-oriented person. There is a mix of simple responsibilities and challenging tasks. You will be providing support on multiple different aspects and levels within the Family and Company.
Very organized and motivated
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong knowledge with calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and technology
Can juggle different tasks at once and able to change gears quickly
Experience working in a demanding busy work environment and love the fast-paced movement
Self-motivated and can stay on task without supervision
Must be reliable/responsible/dependable
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant
Great communication is key
The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand holding. Giving lots of feedback/ updates on tasks.
