We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boise, Idaho. The role involves reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer files, corresponding with various parties to verify documentation, and maintaining ongoing communication with the team to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Review and validate customer files for completeness and accuracy
Identify files that need further review or escalation and seek assistance when necessary
Document review processes and correspondence within the application portal
Communicate with applicants, staff, and vendors to obtain and verify necessary documentation
Respond to inquiries from applicants about policies and procedures and inform them about their approval status
Maintain ongoing communication with the team to ensure files are processed according to policies and procedures
Participate in team meetings and trainings regularly
Adhere to privacy policies when handling Personally Identifiable Information and sensitive information
Maintain accurate documentation of customer files
Represent the organization professionally both internally and externally.
