Receptionist/Dispatcher/Customer Service needed ASAP. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a top notch world-wide company. Great Benefits Looking for a "go-getter" that will primarily handle in-coming phones and emails related to service requests. Will be opening, scheduling, dispatching and monitoring work orders for technicians. Must have excellent skills and able to work in high pressure environments, customer service organization and ability to multi-task. Will support other members of the service team, (ordering parts, invoicing, etc.), as needed. Must have excellent computer skills using Microsoft and Excel. Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30:pm.
