Meridian Concrete LLC is Hiring – Experienced Concrete Crew Member with Equipment & Client Interaction Skills

Meridian Concrete LLC is looking for a dependable lead extremely comfortable operating equipment & working directly with the client to kick off projects and see them through as well as the ability to be a Concrete Form Setter & Finisher who can also operate a Ditch Witch SK800 (or similar mini skid steer) and concrete buggies on residential job sites. We focus on high-quality flatwork including driveways, patios, sidewalks, and walkways—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in both the work and the customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating mini skid steers (SK800 or similar) to trench, grade, and prep sites
Using concrete buggies to move and place concrete efficiently
Setting and aligning forms for residential flatwork
Pouring, screeding, and finishing concrete (broom, stamped, smooth, etc.)
Meeting with homeowners at project kickoff, reviewing scope, and offering recommendations
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients throughout the job
Utilizing mobile apps or basic software to relay updates, changes, or photos as needed
Keeping a clean and organized job site, including form removal
Following safety protocols and company procedures
Must be capable of picking up a company truck and dump trailer from the yard, hauling materials like road mix, and handling dump runs as needed throughout the day
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in residential concrete (form setting and finishing REQUIRED)
Hands-on experience operating SK800s, mini skid steers, and concrete buggies (REQUIRED)
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality from prep to finish
Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners and offering clear guidance (REQUIRED)
Able to use a smartphone or tablet to send updates, photos, or messages when needed
A dependable, drama-free team member who’s focused on hard work—not titles
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in changing conditions
