Responsibilities:
Accurately scribe and fit moldings, trim, cabinetry, and other fine finish elements.
Install baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and custom woodwork with precision.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.
Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure project success.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure all work meets the high standards of quality expected by our clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fine Finish Carpenter.
Strong understanding of scribing and other fine finish carpentry techniques.
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically on the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with custom cabinetry or millwork.
Familiarity with high-end residential or commercial projects.
Owns a comprehensive set of tools necessary for fine finish work.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
