We are looking for a motivated and articulate individual to join our growing team as a Part-Time Sales Representative!
In this role, you will:
Contact leads generated through our website who have expressed interest in our services.
Conduct a qualifying call to assess if customers meet the requirements for services.
Guide qualified customers through our sales process and complete sales forms over the phone.
Build rapport and provide excellent customer service to create a positive brand experience.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
You are a great fit if you have:
Previous sales experience: You have a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
Excellent communication skills: You are articulate, confident, and can clearly explain information both verbally and in writing.
Active listening skills: You can attentively listen to customer needs and concerns.
Strong organization and time management skills: You are able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software: You are familiar with customer relationship management systems and comfortable navigating them.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude: You are passionate about exceeding expectations and creating a positive work environment.
Must have a laptop with good internet connection and a quiet working environment
