The PM Server serves food and beverage in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Job Posting Deadline

    Take orders and serve food and beverage promptly
    Up sell guests and offer recommendations to ensure high guest satisfaction
    Know all menu item origins, preparations, and ingredients
    Set up, maintain, work, and breakdown station 
    Assist in the clearing and set-up of tables during service
    Ensure tableware and chairs are clean and in place
    Carrie tools necessary to perform job, i.e. crumbers, corkscrew, etc.
    Completes side duties
    Maintain the proper care and cleanliness of tableware, serving equipment, and service areas 
    Check with guests during service for guest satisfaction
    Receive and process proper guest payment 
    Impute order for each meal ensuring accuracy 
    Perform other duties as assigned
