Position Summary: Executive Chief leader, responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of patient care standards, processes and protocols for achieving the standards, and leading the work of nurses who care for patients in a safe and trustful environment resulting in optimal patient/family outcomes. Partners across the system to support smooth transition of care for patients across care settings to ensure optimal setting of care to address patient needs.
Responsible for the operating and capital budgets for patient services operations.
Directs and leads the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Current nursing registration in the State of Maine.
Masters of Science in Nursing or equivalent higher degree and national specialty nursing certification is required.
Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience required across patient care areas
