Apartment Maintenance Tech Needed:
$15/hr
Knowledge in electrical/plumbing/carpentry/construction/appliance repair VERY IMPORTANT TO POSSESS.
Must be able to handle the physical and mental aspects of daily work orders and apartment renovations.
Compensation: $15.00/hr
Own vehicle and Own BASIC tools required for the job.
(note: if you have the experience/the tools and personality for the job but no vehicle, can be considered).
