Comprehensive Benefits:
-26 paid days off first year staring at $120.00 per day

-10 paid Vacation days starting at $120.00 per day, time off pay increase after 1st year

Compensation:
- Top drivers earn up to $80,000 per year
- Recent CPM increase and $2500.00 sign on bonus
- .02 CPM annual increase every year with positive review reaching the top CPM pay by end of 3rd year.
Performance Compensation:
-Mileage plus stop pay (loaded and empty miles paid the same on practical mileage from zip to zip)
-1 pick 1 drop loads 99% of the time
-A large percentage of freight is drop and hook
-Quarterly Safety bonus and additional $50.00 clean inspection bonus
-2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with APU's equipped with Prepass and EZ pass.
-Drivers are never stranded with access to Hogan Road Rescue for tractor repair and National Truck E.R.S for trailer repair.

Must have:
-Class "A" CDL
-3 years of verifiable OTR experience
-Good safety record
-Pass DOT physical and drug screen
-Meet all DOT requirements
-Be able to meet the physical job duties
-Good criminal record with no felonies
