Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Generate and process invoices for freight services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
Payment Collection: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, follow up on outstanding invoices, and facilitate timely collections to maintain positive cash flow.
Customer Communication: Address client inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide exceptional service to foster strong, long-term relationships.
Account Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accurate records and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports related to receivables, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all transactions and communications to support financial audits and compliance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the trucking or transportation industry.
Strong understanding of invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
