Family-owned CPA services firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with the Partner to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality in the course of providing tax prep, tax planning, and wealth management services. Duties and responsibilities
· Office management
· Calendar management
· Document management
· Bookkeeping management
· Human resources management
· Customer relationship management
· Other duties as assigned
Experience and attributes
· At least 2 years of related experience required
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience with QuickBooks or ability to quickly learn
· Experience with Drake Tax Software or ability to quickly learn
· Experience with income taxes or ability to quickly learn
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Strong ability to manage a challenging environment
· High aptitude for learning new technology
· High aptitude for increasing knowledge of taxation
· Willingness to increase availability around various tax deadlines (full time for 6 months / part time 6 months)
· Willingness to approve a thorough background check (not negotiable due to the nature of the work)
· Positive and proactive attitude
