Growing northwest suburban public accounting firm looking for experienced senior bookkeeper for a full-time position.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise is a must
Full time position- 8:30 am-5:00 pm with a half hour lunch
100% paid medical insurance benefits are included after trial period
Two weeks’ paid vacation available after 1 year of employment
Salary is commensurate with experience
Job duties include:
Advanced financial statement preparation
Preparation of financial statement work papers
Multifaceted journal entries
Client general ledger adjustments
Complex financial adjustments
Business tax calculations & preparation
Applicant must be:
Organized
Timely
Well-mannered
Follow verbal/written directions easily
An independent worker
Willing to work an occasional Saturday morning during tax season
