We’re looking for a dedicated individual to step into the role of Senior Account Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead, manage, and grow key relationships with our national customers, while ensuring our projects are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Communicate effectively with major national customers regarding projects in and around the Chicagoland area.
-Estimate project costs, troubleshoot issues with customers, and manage project timelines.
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, while also working to attract and secure new business.
-Adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the sign and lighting industry.
What We’re Looking For:
-A strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
-Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively under pressure.
-Experience or familiarity with signs, construction, or electrical work is highly desirable.
-Estimating experience and the ability to read and understand site drawings are big pluses.
