Report to the Senior PM and be responsible for the administrative oversight of major company projects. Work closely with the Company project team, i.e., project superintendents, the mechanical and electrical coordinator, and the health and safety team to ensure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in a safe manner.
Main point of contact for the client, consultants, and design team and attend daily project meetings to update all parties on the current status of the project. Attend daily coordination calls with subcontractors, where Project Manager plans and coordinates works per project milestones. Issue schedules to trades that align with these milestones and have daily check-ins with the project superintendents to ensure work is progressing as planned.
Daily supervision of 4 subordinate Assistant Project Managers
