Customer Service at a Dry Cleaners

Employee Responsibilities:

- Work in all areas of the dry cleaners.

- Work independently and as part of a team.

- Communicate effectively with customers and staff.

- Learn new skills and follow instructions.

- Be available to work additional hours during peak season (April-July).

- Hours are flexible, with Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday being mandatory.

- Tag all items and send them to the cleaning department.

- Bring cleaned clothes from the plant to sort.

- Sort the cleaned garments and place them on their respective orders.

- Check that all garments are clean, pressed, and lint-free.

- Remove pilling, cut extra threads, and ensure buttons are secure.

- Ensure quality control on all garments on the order. Treat these garments as if they were your own.

- Bag the finished products.

- Rack the orders on the conveyor belt.

- Maintain a clean and organized store daily.

- Be outgoing, personable, and organized.

- The store is dog-friendly.
