Our client is looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding service to help drive results. Candidates must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm CST and on weekends since shifts may vary.Responsibilities:Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathyMake outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct outreach, or confirm appointmentsHandle customer inquiries, product/service questions, and resolve complaints effectivelyProvide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and policiesIdentify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsells when applicableEscalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as neededRecord customer interactions and transactions in CRM and call tracking systemsPerform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolutionCollaborate with team members and departments to improve service deliveryMeet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, response time, and quality metricsStay informed about company updates, policy changes, and product knowledge through regular trainingWhat We're Looking For:Excellent verbal and written communication skills1+ years of experience in a call center/contact center environmentAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureComfortable using computers and CRM softwareAbility to hit targeted KPI's on a consistent basisHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
