DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Convert leads from initial contact to set appointments through outbound calls and inbound call handling
Serve as initial point of contact for potential customers via phone and email
Document and update customer interactions in CRM system
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship
