Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative with a passion for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and keeping things running smoothly. If you're organized, responsible, and confident on the phone, you’ll be a great fit for this role.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English

Strong attendance and dependability

Experience in customer service, call centers, or collections

Detail-oriented with clerical or data entry experience

Excellent communication and phone skills

Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
