We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product/service information, taking payments, helping quote and renewing insurance policies.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide information about our services, process requests and address customer concerns
Issue Certificates of Insurance
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
Participate in training programs and development opportunities to improve service skills
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in customer service is a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations
Basic computer and data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AMS
Prior insurance experience
Part-Time-Hybrid
