This role will offer you the chance to assist agents with important service tasks, including follow-ups with prospects and clients via phone, email, and text messaging. You will play an essential part in helping us deliver outstanding customer service while learning and growing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist agents with service-related tasks for personal and commercial lines insurance.
Follow up with prospects and clients via phone, email, and text messaging.
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Learn and use various technology platforms that support our operations.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is strongly preferred but not required.
Previous customer service experience in an office setting.
Ability to work in-office (no remote work available).
Comfortable with learning and utilizing different tech platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
30-35 hours per week are available. Schedule is flexible.
Benefits:
$17.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Monthly bonus structure will be made available after 60 days.
