This role will report into the Director of Sales for Xandr Direct and oversee the execution from pre-sale RFP to post-delivery client reporting for all Xandr Direct buyers. They will be tasked with building creative media delivery solutions for buyers, optimizing delivery against buyer metrics and supply channels, and providing delivery insights for future rebuy and upsell opportunities. This role will serve as a technical expert for teams across Xandr and be a front-line champion for Xandr Direct success. Through deep understanding of programmatic marketplaces and trading methods, the Account Director will provide valued insights to Account Executives and clients that highlight areas of success and opportunity for increased spend against buyer metrics. They will be a trailblazer that has comfort in both the ambiguity of a startup and tenacity for improving existing process and business as usual approaches.You WillSupport RFP responses for Managed Service campaigns, partnering closely with Media Planning and Marketplace Development to win new service opportunities.
Provide pre-sale review of all campaign executions ensuring feasibility to meet margin and buyer objectives.
Provide campaign insights, reporting, and optimization suggestion to clients directly and through their AE partners.
Deliver post-campaign reporting inclusive of campaign highlights, challenges, and rebuy opportunities.
Support Billing team to ensure customers are invoiced and vendors are paid correctly.
Be the technical expert on execution methods, key attribution/data/reporting partners, and have the ability to explain to a wide variety of audiences how systems work together for client objectives.
Lead cross-function teams to build out new processes and improve existing process.
Provide instructions to technical operations and trading partner teams for each opportunity.
Manage vendor relationships and vet new partners/vendors.
Build new advertising solutions and constantly innovate with changing programmatic trading needs.
You HaveMinimum of 5 years of experience working in the digital media space, ideally within a marketplace, programmatic trading, network or ad tech company.
Demonstrated experience in programmatic media planning, technical ad operations, digital campaign management, or ad tech solution development.
Ability to identify revenue opportunities and articulate value to clients and internal stakeholders.
Tenacity for driving new business initiatives and continuous improvement.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
