Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate actively in pair programming sessions to promote knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative solutions to the development process.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a strong focus on Extreme Programming practices.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
Experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other relevant technologies within the .NET ecosystem.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Extreme Programming (XP).
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
