With over 17,000 employees in more than 550 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Demand Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the intake, onboarding and discovery stages of M&A Technology integration projects to acquisitions. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager of Performance Excellence, the Demand Project Manager functions as a member of the Technology Integration Demand team within M&A Integration. This role is responsible for on-time, in-scope and quality integration activities through to conceptual design completion.Core Responsibilities:

Can develop and drive multiple concurrent integration project schedules, prioritizing tasks, assessing and mitigating risks, communicating status, milestones, changes, and decisions to stakeholders regularly, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Can manage scope, schedule, and internal and external staffing resources for M&A technical integration projects

Lead meetings as required, including post-project reviews to identify opportunities for future improvement.

Monitor project performance and progress against plan and adjust as necessary to keep projects on track.

Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders to navigate change and overcome obstacles.

Communicate with leadership and stakeholders, as required.

Experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders, across the organization.

Key Success Measurements:

Executing successful integration projects across the entire M&A portfolio from intake through conceptual design completion to handover to the Delivery team

Completing Demand activities within the timelines set forth at the beginning of the integration process

Qualifications:

Strong Project Management background, ideally with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions integrations

Insurance industry experience is a plus

Solid technical aptitude and experience working on infrastructure or application integration projects

PMP or similar certifications is considered an asset

Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint, with a willingness to learn and interact with MS PowerBI

Detail oriented with strong organization skills

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
