The Customer Engagement and Experience team nurtures profitable customer relationships through meaningful engagements and seamless experiences by leveraging data, innovation, and technology.  The Media team oversees McDonald’s US media strategy and investment to maximize return on marketing investment across paid and owned channels. They support digital acquisition and retention strategies as well as manage multi-year endeavors with owned media partners. In the Director, Media – Local Media role, you will contribute to these priorities in through the following ways:  Drive the strategy for all local media strategies and investments across 10 Field Offices and McDonald’s owned restaurants  Develop local media priorities from both brand story and media channel standpoint  Lead foundational Friday content and monthly Media Director forums Oversight of local strategy/vision, including future agency structure Lead QBR inputs for media Lead and develop a team of media experts   Benefits eligible: Yes
