Description We are offering a contract to hire position as a Salesforce Consultant in Chicago, Illinois. The selected candidate will operate in a collaborative environment, focusing on maximizing the utilization of Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives. The role demands a strategic approach to analyze business needs, identify areas of improvement, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.Responsibilities: Analyze current Salesforce implementations and identify areas for optimization and improvement. Devise and implement a comprehensive Salesforce strategy in accordance with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective Salesforce solutions. Lead and coach teams to manage risk effectively and achieve business goals. Ensure the Salesforce platform is used to its maximum potential by adhering to best practices. Provide training and support to users to enhance their understanding of Salesforce functionalities. Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to Salesforce, and recommend new tools and features as necessary. Maintain and create documentation related to Salesforce processes, workflows, and configurations.Requirements Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is required, with a strong ability to implement and troubleshoot scripts. Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with Cloud Technologies, including deployment, management and optimization. Demonstrable knowledge of CRM systems, including design, implementation and maintenance. Solid understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, with the capability to manage and optimize ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with AB Testing methodologies, with the ability to design, implement and analyze test results. Proficiency in API Development, with a strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Business Process Functions and the ability to analyze and improve these processes. Ability to create and maintain Business Requirement Documents, providing clear and concise documentation of business needs. Experience with Configuration Management, including the ability to manage and maintain system configurations. Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with experience in implementing and managing Salesforce Commerce solutions. Demonstrable experience with the Salesforce Platform, including development and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with the ability to implement and manage SFMC solutions.
