As the VP, Global B2B Integrated Media Lead, you will be the driving force behind dynamic and powerful paid media campaigns that will position the line of business as a transformative leader in the category.As a Media Lead on the Integrated Media team you will work hand in hand with internal and external media partners, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute game-changing strategies that will connect with audiences and drive business results. As part of the centralized media team, you will work in a highly collaborative team-oriented environment that enables you to harness your expertise, creativity and analytical skills to make a tangible impact to the line of business you will be supporting, within the group you sit in and the centralized media team as a whole.As a member of the paid media team, there are three core areas of focus for this position:

Channel Planning

Partnership Building

Internal Education

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with internal paid media and external media agencies to build global and regional B2B media strategies that deliver business impact and measure and report on performance across media channels

Ensure data driven marketing efforts are integrated into measurement plans for test and learn opportunities that deliver on marketing objectives and ladder into the broader enterprise learning agenda

Manage multiple agency and LOB contacts in the planning and execution of paid media activity

Mange media budgets and deliver efficiencies through agency stewardship and publisher governance

Maintain a strong focus on operational controls and efficiencies

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

8+ years of paid media experience at either a media agency or in-house media team

Strong B2B experience in the mid-market to enterprise space.

History of working on complex high profile launches, leading multiple campaigns without skipping a beat and stewarding the communication planning process

Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative; can build rapport and credibility, and can drive desired business outcomes

Ability to translate technical concepts into presentations that can be understood by non-technical individuals

Exceptional partnering skills working with multiple stakeholders, cross functional and business teams required to navigate a large organization

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Global expertise with a solid grasp of regional differences preferred: EMEA, LATAM, APAC, NA

Experience in the Financial services and/or highly regulated category preferred
