This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in go-to-market sales strategy, product specialist, product marketing, or account management.

Experience in leading projects, working with technical and business stakeholders across all levels.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in digital advertising such as sales, product marketing, product management, technical solutions implementation.

Experience in managing complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Google Marketing Platform, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, or other AI-first technologies.

Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Ability to grow in ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration and lead others around a shared goal.

Excellent project management skills.

As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, technical implementation, and other cross-functional teams within both the Ads and Cloud organizations to drive alignment on solutions and priorities.

Serve as an authority on Ads, Cloud, and AI solutions, with a specific focus on those at the intersection of the three areas.

Influence go-to-market strategy and path to scaled activation through credible market perspective and operational excellence.

Drive sales and customer enablement through effective feature prioritization and sales training on enterprise roadmaps.
