Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in go-to-market sales strategy, product specialist, product marketing, or account management.
Experience in leading projects, working with technical and business stakeholders across all levels.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in digital advertising such as sales, product marketing, product management, technical solutions implementation.
Experience in managing complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Google Marketing Platform, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, or other AI-first technologies.
Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Ability to grow in ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration and lead others around a shared goal.
Excellent project management skills.

Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, technical implementation, and other cross-functional teams within both the Ads and Cloud organizations to drive alignment on solutions and priorities.
Serve as an authority on Ads, Cloud, and AI solutions, with a specific focus on those at the intersection of the three areas.
Influence go-to-market strategy and path to scaled activation through credible market perspective and operational excellence.
Drive sales and customer enablement through effective feature prioritization and sales training on enterprise roadmaps.
