GSC Digitalization Senior Manager- Digital Transformation

Our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Digitalization Team is looking for a Sr. Manager to lead multiple cross functional transformational digital initiatives and manage continuous improvements of our supply chain solutions. This position will report to the Director of GSC Digitalization and be accountable to build, align & manage various digital roadmaps with Business and Technology Stakeholders.The senior manager would be responsible for the respective projects that will enable the digital transformation of GSC sub functions. They will work in strategic partnership with the business teams, suppliers, and Global Technology to plan / build / test and handover digital solutions, aiming to drive widespread digital adoption towards a more digital way of working.Responsibilities:Lead key transformational programs within Digital for our global and market supply chain teams.Drive a 3+ year digital roadmap for all functions including Global Sourcing, Quality, Food Safety, and Compliance.Support continuous alignment and project delivery prioritization with our GSC global business and market team members, in close partnership with our Global Technology business colleagues.Oversee cross functional projects to deliver on time and within budget, this includes:The work with Global Technology and their vendors to build requirements, design future digitally enabled business requirements, develop, and test the solutionsThe work to handover the solutions to our Enablement Team to ensure ongoing support, training, and change management with our suppliers and global + market supply chain teamsChampion continuous improvement & change management across the supply chain business & all partners to accelerate digital ways of working.Key Capabilities:Strategic and Critical Thinking:Strong ability to approach complex problems and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.Problem-Solving and Resourcefulness:Highly skilled in problem-solving, with the skills for identifying internal and external resources to develop solutions to challenging issues.Leadership and Team Development:Adept at leading a team (internal and external) to confidently make decisions in support of transformational goals.Experience in leading diverse teams, with a strong focus on mentoring and developing team members.Communication:Expertise in influencing and gaining agreement (at both local and Global level) on approach for building new large-scale solutions.Advanced skills in both written and oral communication, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and complex information across diverse global teams.Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260 - $190,310 per year
