What You'll Do
The Hightower Platform and Innovation group is growing and creating a new team for access control to work within the Technology Infrastructure team. This team provisions and de-provisioning the adds, moves, changes, and deletes related to employee events to ensure the right users have the appropriate access to technology resources for the right reasons at the right time. We work with the service desk, desktop support, and main infrastructure leadership for process and policy implementation. As part of this team, you will report to the Executive Director, Technology Infrastructure.
Serve as a technical resource for IAM tasks
Abides by established SLAs
Build rapport with corporate and advisor teams
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
Participate in audits of systems to investigate anomalies
Work with vendors for solving issues
Work to understand business processes and technologies
Participate in strategy, documentation, and policy implementation
Foster a collaborate and engaging team culture
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Information Security or technology-related field
3+ years working knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
Familiarity with IAM lifecycle, concepts, and technologies
Familiarity with Okta or similar identity management tool
Collaborative attitude with the ability to take constructive criticism
Demonstrated analytical, and process design skills
Proficient use of Microsoft productivity software
