Explore the opportunities and apply todayPosition DescriptionThe Marketing Operations specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the marketing budget. Responsibilities include -

Budget management - Managing real-time tracking of marketing budget utilization

Advertising Operations - Coordinating media planning, trades and setting up campaigns

Project management - Supporting the media team to ensure that creative deliveries are available on-time

Vendor management - Managing procurement and payment process with marketing vendors

Communications - Create compelling presentations / communication materials for the Marketing and senior leadership team

Drive various initiatives to improve the efficiency of Motorola marketing investment & spend

This rolewill report directly to the Strategy & Operations lead for Integrated Marketing, MBG North America

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

1+ year relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a media agency

Experience with financial modeling and analytics

Highly proficient in Excel/ Google sheets

Experience creating reports & making presentations

Organized and detail oriented individual
