Description Our client is currently seeking an experienced and success driven Network Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of our client's network infrastructure. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations, preventing network issues, and improving the organization's overall productivity. Responsibilities: Design and implement both the physical and wireless networks, including the configuration of routers, switches, and other networking equipment. Detect, diagnose, report, and resolve technical problems that arise in the network system Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations Utilize network management tools to discover, map, and maintain the network. Develop and maintain network security strategies, ensuring network integrity and data protection. Provide user support and guidance, and address user issues in a timely manner. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration and usage. Collaborate with project managers to specify and estimate new network requirements Continually explore and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven work experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator in a detail oriented environment. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, and switches. Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools. Certification as a Network Engineer (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) will be an added advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
